The following details creative and technical requirements for The Go Travel Sites network ad products. Please use this as an instructional reference when submitting creative. All dimensions are in pixels.
Skyscraper Ads
Dimensions: 160x600
Animation: 15 seconds in length 2 loops maximum, 2 second refresh time
File Size Limit: 40k max size
Image File Types: GIF, JPG, PNG
Flash or Animated GIF allowed
Banner Ads
Dimensions: 160x240 (preferred) or 120x240
Animation: 15 seconds in length. 2 loops maximum, 2 second refresh time
File Size Limit: 40k max size
Image File Types: GIF, JPG, PNG
Flash or Animated GIF allowed
Button Ads
Button Dimensions: 170x70
Animation: Not allowed.
File Size Limit: 20k max size

Additional Notes
- Lead Time
- Allow 5 business days for standard creative and 10 business days for rich media ads prior to the campaign start date for testing and QA.
- Sound
- The use of audio streams lasting one second or longer must be initiated by click only and must include a clearly labeled option for turning off audio. Sound under one second is allowed for mouseover events meaning "click" or "beep" sounds.
- Streaming Video in Ads
- Video must be user initiated and must have mute and close button. All video must stream from an off-site source and not exceed 30 seconds.
- Third Party Served
- Third party ad serving is accepted. All creative must function uniformly on Mac and PC platforms and in any browser versions of IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc. Ads must open a new window when clicked
Flash Ads
A JPG or GIF alternative is required for Flash creative. Flash ads cannot exceed 120k max file size, and the JPG or GIF backup file size is 40k. Flash ads must be version 6 or higher and delivered as a .swf file. We prefer that any associated FLA files be made available.
Any looping restricted to 2 loops, while sound conforms to the above standard.
Flash ad must include click tag tracking that contains the following AS2 or AS3 equivalent:
